PWP gives the publisher the possibility to insert an audio file with the score they send to a client.

This can easily be done by one of the two following ways:

1) Directly in the tunnel of a contract creation

When reaching the step "2 - Content" of the contract creation process, click on "+ Import" to upload a new piece, enter the metadata, and then browse or drag-drop directly the audio files with the display files (PDF).

You can select the audio files simultaneously along the PDFs. This way all these files will be gathered inside a single Newzik Piece, containing the audio file.

2) From the Library section of PWP

In the Library section of your PWP account, you can either import a new Piece in which you directly include the audio files during the import process by selecting the files along the PDFs in the upload dialog box.

Or you can add an audio file to an existing Piece of your Library, by opening the piece details, clicking on the eye icon of the desired piece, and then, in the last column of information on the right (media files), click on the "+" button. Browse for the desired audio file to add it to the Piece for your next contracts.

Note: adding a media file to a Piece, new or existing, will only affect the future clients, not the ones who already received the Piece via a contract. To send the audio file to a previous client, you must recreate a contract with the updated Piece, now containing the audio file.
