Annotations by the Publisher

The Publisher has the possibility to insert markings and critical notes ("Annotations"), in digital form, on the Content he sends to Clients. 

The Annotations are the property of the Publisher, they are then part of the Newzik Piece as it appears in the Client's Newzik account.

Annotations by the Client

The Client has the possibility of inserting Annotations, in digital form, on the Content that he receives from a Publisher.

These Annotations are the property of the Client.

In the case of a rental contract, the Client will keep its annotations under the watermarked content, and will retrieve them if the same piece is rented later (cf. "contract renewal" article).
